She's arrived :D

Thermi has arrived :D

Today we made the vege concentrate and gorgonzola and ricotta cheese sauce to put over pasta. I first saute`d some shredded ham and an onion and set that aside while I blended the cheese sauce then folded the ham mix back through the sauce.
